WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT

To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business, and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such. You are only authorized to sell through the retail store or website that you have listed.

ORDER REQUIREMENTS

The minimum order quantity is one case (12 jars, can be mixed variety) not including freight if located 5+ miles out of Uptown (center city) Charlotte, NC.

Taste Preserved is not responsible or liable for the proper labeling of products for resale outside the United States. It is the responsibility of the retailer to add any necessary labeling required by local government which must not obstruct the view of the Taste Preserved name and logo on the product.

PRICING POLICY

We recommend MSPR as stated to be equal to individual set prices listed on tastepreserved.com. Taste Preserved will not mandate the price at which the retailer sells the products.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Unless otherwise agreed, all orders must be prepaid. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of the order placement as long as it's prior to delivery. To cancel an order, promptly email tastepreserved@gmail.com

We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time unless prior invoiced.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

The retailer shall be responsible for freight charges. Delivery is typically 3 to 10 business days. We use USPS, UPS or FedEx, based on cost affordability. If your shipment is damaged in transit you agree to contact Taste Preserved within 3 days of delivery with photos of damage. Any problems must be emailed to tastepreserved@gmail.com

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All of the designs, products, and content within and any materials made available on the website are the sole property of Taste Preserved. The website, designs, products, images and content within are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written consent of Taste Preserved. You hereby agree not to reprint, post, or copy (including electronic or digital scans) any photography, sales materials, or product designs without the advance, express written consent of Taste Preserved. Taste Preserved will not reasonably refuse to provide watermarked copies of product images for use in online sales or social media promotions of the retailer. Product must be credited to Taste Preserved when used in menu items, otherwise the product may only be sold in their original packaging, with original Taste Preserved branding. Any attempt to remix, repackage or represent our product as your own is strictly prohibited, without expressed written consent of Taste Preserved. Retailer is permitted to group product in gift sets.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Taste Preserved. Taste Preserved does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the Taste Preserved website. Credit card information may optionally be stored with Shopify through our tastepreserved.com website.
